These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of My Pace LLC’s app and services. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, do not use My Pace.

Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EU).

• You must provide accurate registration details.

• You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Accounts

• Keep your password secure.

• Notify us of unauthorized use.

• We may suspend accounts involved in fraud, abuse, or violations.

Subscriptions & Payments

• Free Plan: limited access to features.

• Premium Plan: billed monthly or annually, auto-renews unless canceled.

• Cancellations: managed via Apple App Store, Google Play, or directly through us.

• Refunds:
  * If purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play, refunds are subject to the policies of that platform.
  * If purchased directly from us, refund requests are subject to review and approval by My Pace LLC.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Post harmful, harassing, or unlawful content.

• Misuse the app for spamming, hacking, or scraping.

• Share false or misleading health claims.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Intellectual Property

• All content, branding, and technology belong to My Pace LLC.

• You own the content you create (e.g., posts, comments), but grant us a license to use it within the app and for promotional purposes.

 Health Disclaimer

• My Pace provides general wellness information.

• It is not medical advice.

• Always consult a doctor before making changes to your health, diet, or fitness routine.  

 Limitation of Liability 

• The app is provided “as is” without warranties.

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, My Pace LLC is not liable for damages arising from use of the app.

• Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for subscriptions in the past 12 months.

Termination

• You may delete your account at any time.

• We may suspend or terminate your account for violating these Terms or harming others.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Jersey, USA. Disputes will be resolved in New Jersey courts.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as our services evolve. The updated version will be posted with a new effective date.
